Centre Management Team
The LuCiD Centre Management Team consists of the four LuCiD Directors and the LuCiD Centre Manager. The group is responsible for:
- Implementing the mission of the Centre
- Managing the strategic direction of the Centre
- Overseeing research projects and monitoring progress in liaison with project leads
- Reporting outcomes to the Academic Steering Group and Advisory Board
- Managing the budget
- Strategic Planning to ensure the sustainability of the Centre
