A bit about Han Ke
My PhD was awarded in 2018 at Lancaster University. During my PhD I investigated the neural correlates of emotional body perception during childhood using EEG. I obtained my master’s degree also at Lancaster University. My master’s dissertation studied the role of touch preference in adults’ empathy to other’s pain, also using EEG. In 2019, I moved to Singapore to Nanyang Technological University.
My Role in LuCiD
I was a postdoc research associate in LuCiD, working on “infants’ curiosity-based learning” with Prof Gert Westermann and Dr Katherine Twomey. During my postdoctoral projects, I’m using head-mounted/remote eye tracking and EEG to investigate infants’ curiosity-driven information selection.
